We want you to be completely satisfied with pdfs.to. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

pdfs.to offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions (Pro and Business plans). If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 14 days of your first subscription payment, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund under this guarantee, simply contact us at support@pdfs.to within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You are within the 14-day money-back window from your first subscription payment
  • You were charged due to a technical error or duplicate transaction
  • The Service was unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
  • You were billed after cancelling your subscription (billing error)

Refund requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Partial months remaining on an annual plan after cancellation (unless required by applicable law)
  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase, where no exceptional circumstances apply
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described before purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@pdfs.to with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your pdfs.to account
  • The date of your subscription purchase
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period (or immediately, depending on the refund circumstances).
