Is the redaction permanent?

Yes. Redacted text is permanently blacked out by drawing filled black rectangles over the matching text. The underlying text is not recoverable from the PDF.

Is the search case-sensitive?

No. The search is case-insensitive, so entering a name will match all capitalisation variants of that name throughout the document.

Can I redact multiple terms at once?
